HR Administrator - Human Resources Shared Services

Location: Ebury Bank -São Paulo office - 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home office

As a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for an Administrator to join the HR SSC team having responsibility for the day to day HR administration. The successful person will report into our Head of HR Shared Services, based in Spain. As this is an international position covering various countries, fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to ticket enquiries from employees
  • Updating employee information in the HRIS, HiBob
  • Updating employee information relating to annual leave, sickness, time and attendance, benefits, pay etc. 
  • Preparing Offer Letters and Employment Contracts for new starters
  • Ensuring employee referencing process is completed for new starters
  • Trigger onboarding process for new starters
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure offer paperwork is processed efficiently
  • Work closely with the Local People Partners to ensure employee documentation is accurate and the HRIS is updated. 

Required Skills

  • Solid administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in HR Shared Services or a similar ticketed service centre an advantage
  • Highly responsive, organised and results orientated, meets deadlines
  • Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese 
  • Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable
  • Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player
