Product Manager - Growth

Location: London - Office Based (4 days in the office; 1 day working from home)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Product Manager to join us in the Growth team. Reporting into the Product Lead, you will own and develop a product area within our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver impactful solutions for our customers. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving product development from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a product area within Growth: Define the feature roadmap for a given product area, ensuring alignment with Ebury's overall North Star Metrics.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end product development process from ideation, research, and planning to execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with engineering, design, data and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Conduct user research: Gather and analyse customer insights to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog: Define, prioritise, and maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance: Track key metrics, gather user feedback, and analyse data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the fintech landscape.

Preferred Skills and Background:

  • Proven track record delivering as a Product Manager, ideally within the fintech industry or a related field.
  • Good understanding of product-led growth frameworks and strategies. You have experience in designing, running, and interpreting experiments and A/B tests.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and take ownership of product outcomes.
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using data analysis tools to inform product decisions.
  • Passion for building innovative products and solving customer problems.
