Currently, we're seeking a driven People and Culture/HR Business Partner supporting the fast energy transition and fast growth. 


As a Business Partner in the People & Culture Team here at ELEO, you will play a pivotal role within our newly established People & Culture team. Reporting directly to our Head of People & Culture, you will serve as a trusted advisor and tactical partner to our organization, working closely with management and team members to influence the alignment of our People and Culture strategy with overarching business objectives. Your focus will be on nurturing organizational capabilities and fostering a dynamic, motivated, and dedicated team, ultimately propelling ELEO to a market leading position in the global energy transition sector. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Enable team members and the leads to drive impactful change and build high-performing teams through team forming, supporting development cycles and   succession planning. 
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity, empowering team members through the support of the leads to excel in their roles. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand talent landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and facilitate proactive talent management and succession planning. 
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement, performance management, and cultural transformation. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Be the voice of what happens in the company on people's topics.  



  • Proficiency in Dutch labour law is essential, while fluency in Dutch language is required only for legal comprehension purposes and communication with the UWV, IND and Tax office. Internal communications and documentation are conducted in English. 
  • Experience in policy writing and collaboration with stakeholders across various business functions. 
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and collaborate with leads to devising innovative solutions. 
  • Hands-on approach with a knack for collaboration and prioritization, striving for simplicity and automation where possible. 
  • Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments is highly valued. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on expertise and knowledge rather than solely years of experience. 
  • Experience within high-tech, logistics, or technical production industries is advantageous.
