Your Role

Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead Accounting, where you'll oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with IFRS and HGB, and contribute to our company's financial strategy. Your strong background in accounting, combined with experience in tax consulting or auditing, will be key to your success in this role.
How you drive the energy transition forward
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Oversee the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS and HGB
- Consolidation of group financial statements and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Shareholder reporting and close collaboration with investors and senior management
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies
- Drive process optimization and support implementation of best practices in accounting and reporting
- Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster growth and development
What you already bring with you
- Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to tax consulting or auditing
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of IFRS and HGB, along with familiarity with ERP systems

Languages: Strong English and German skills (both written and spoken)
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
