As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be a vital member of our Infrastructure support team, providing advanced technical support for our quantitative researchers and developers in terms of infrastructure and services. Your role will focus on complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing robust solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues related to the infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and fixes.
  • Lead the development of automated solutions to monitor system health and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Proactive analysis of issues related to infrastructure services and offering suggestions for improvements.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides for future reference.
  • Provide mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues concurrently.
  • Proficient with Linux operating systems and general infrastructure services.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
