DIRECT REPORT: Director Customer Care

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

As a team leader in our Customer Care department, you are leading one of our international teams. Your team is made up of about 15 great people of different nationalities. You will be responsible for the performance and the compliance with processes within the department.

  • You will continuously optimize existing processes and thus ensure quality standards
  • You actively carry out coaching and training within the team
  • You will take care of the continuous sales development of your employees and further expand active product sales in inbound
  • You recognize the potential in your team and offer your employees development opportunities
  • You prepare regular reports for the Director of Customer Care
  • You will conduct feedback, target and development discussions and therefore you are always in close contact with your team
  • You will be responsible for the vendor management with our external partners

 

WHAT YOU BRING IN 

  • You have worked in operational customer service for several years and you already lead a team in a customer service environment
  • You are a strong personality with assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • You are data driven, analytical, result-oriented and you focus on solutions rather than problems
  • You are characterized by a high degree of loyalty
  • You have the ability to motivate and inspire people
  • Your German and English skills are very good, both written and spoken
