DIRECT REPORT: Process Manager Customer Care




  • As our Tool Administrator you are responsible for the whole administration for accounts and licenses in the Customer Care department
  • You operate and manipulate the various tools required to provide administrative support for change management functions
  • You assess functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
  • You collaborate with technical team to improve tool set and automate business processes
  • You are responsible of the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You adapt guidelines according to the team management.
  • You support customer care tool landscape, e.g., Zendesk and Scorebuddy, creation of quick links
  • revising of dynamic content, adjusting macros, signatures and groups, IVR set up.
  • You perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested or assigned
  • You are in daily communication with Team Leaders



  • You have a structured and independent way of working
  • You are process oriented, very organized with a strong sense of initiative
  • You have very good communication skills
  • You act team-oriented and ensure that action is taken in the interests of the company
  • Very good English is required, additional language skills would be an advantage
  • Experience with process flow building
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira and Confluence is nice to have
