About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Account Manager with a proven track record in wealth management or enterprise banking sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through various outreach methods, acquiring deposits, and ensuring the highest quality of leads generation. Additionally, you will be responsible for account activation and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Your valuable insights and feedback will contribute to our ongoing success.


What you'll do

Generate SQLs Through Direct Outreach:

  • Utilize networking, email, LinkedIn, social media, cold-calling, and other outreach methods to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive high-quality SQLs.

Acquire Deposits and Minimize Attrition Rate:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate deposit acquisition.
  • Implement retention strategies to minimize attrition and maximize client satisfaction.

Ensure High-Quality Leads Generation:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes to ensure the highest quality leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion rates.

Activate Accounts and Maintain CRM Records:

  • Successfully onboard new clients and ensure smooth activation of their accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Feedback Learnings to Leadership/Product Teams:

  • Provide regular feedback and insights to leadership and product teams based on your interactions with clients and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.


What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management or enterprise banking sales.
  • A robust network of enterprise customers and High Net Worth (HNW) segment clients.
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong drive to acquire new business.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, coupled with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • A keen interest in Payments and Finance, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
