About the Role

Our team consists of very energetic individuals, divided to asset and building team. The operational staffs are solid and coordinate with each other. The asset team will also work and helped up by the building team.

Job Description

Be in charge of the whole asset management storage, movement, and documentations.
Make sure all the assets are on prime condition.
Make notes to which assets will need reparations.
Make notes to which assets is obsolete.
Work with IT team for asset setups.
Work with People team for onboarding and off boarding assets.
Work with internal GA team.
Work with finance team for asset lists

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree of any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management.
Fluent in English.
Able to work with team.
Fluent in operating computers with windows or Macintosh.
Fluent in google suites (sheets, docs, slides).
Familiar with SAP systems.
Brings own vehicle.
