As a Workplace Manager (m/f/d) at FERNRIDE, you will be part of our young, dynamic, international team. Tasks and Responsibilities  

  • Creating new strategies to increase employee engagement through wellbeing initiatives. 
  • Maintaining & updating office documents (invoices, payments, contracts etc.) and adequately recording them. 
  • Planning & coordinating workshops, events, and team building activities.
  • Understanding employees’ needs and key drivers by running company surveys.
  • Supporting employees on administrative problems.
  • Ensuring our spaces meet health & safety requirements and providing our employees with the best workplace experience. 
  • Working very closely with the People & Culture team with onboarding/offboarding employees. 
  • Coordinating official visits to the company. 



  • Hands-on experience in an office support role (Office Manager, Office Administrator, Facilities Manager).
  • High proficiency in English and German, as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning abilities.
  • Extensive Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work proactively and have a can-do attitude.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
