Scope of the Job

As a Software Test Automation Engineer (f/d/m), you will set up tools and frameworks to improve our software testing and reporting capabilities and capacities. You also support the development team by providing and maintaining developer-facing tools: Static code analysis tools, automatic formatters, unit test tools, and runtime analysis tools - to allow them to improve on code quality metrics.

As one of our early software testing team members, you will have the chance to shape the foundation of our software quality good practices.

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with development teams to help ensure end-to-end quality and gather requirements and feedback.
  • Setup and maintain tools and infrastructure to ease software testing (trace analysis/filtering tools, debugging tools).
  • Create dashboards to track software quality and testing metrics.
  • Improve test case reporting.
  • Ensure quality of software and testing documentation.
  • Automate integration test, HIL and SIL tests
  • Automate and control test equipments 
  • Implement mock and test stubs


  • Master's degree or higher in any STEM field.
  •  Experience in software engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of software quality.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++.
  • 3+ Years of experience in Test Automation on SIL systems
