What you will work on
As a Technical Program Management Intern (f/d/m) at FERNRIDE, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our engineering projects forward. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain management, operations and product management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical program management while contributing to cutting-edge innovations that are shaping the future of transportation. How you will leave your footprint:
- assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects within our Engineering teams.
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- tracking project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- contributing to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
What you will bring to the team
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovation in transportation.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and proactively seek solutions.
- Scrum or project management certification or relevant experience is a plus.
