The Role / Position Overview

The Campaign Project Manager sits within the FT brand and partnerships team. They are responsible for project managing a wide variety of advertising and content creation for campaigns and projects and supporting the team on delivery of their roadmap.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assuming day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of project management (scoping, resourcing, timeline, budget management)
  • Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to clearly define objectives, project deliverables and key milestones
  • Working closely with relevant team members to develop & evaluate briefs
  • Estimating time and resourcing required on projects
  • Working closely with internal design team and agencies through to delivery of final assets
  • Manage the project plans; provide status reports, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered against requirements
  • Generating new ideas & processes to improve practices; aiding team communication,  collaboration & delivery 
  • Championing & reinforcing workflow processes
  • Running production meetings & related tracker documents
  • Prioritising workflows
  • Maintain the DAM libraries and roll out
  • Work closely with team on media planning for house ads and creative required. 


Required Skills / Experience 


  • Proven project management experience in a creative/production environment
  • Solid understanding of the creative process & production knowledge
  • Highly proficient with relevant documentation / IT applications
  • Proven experience of delivering multiple projects under challenging time frames
  • Understanding of how to ensure projects meet business objectives
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Relationship builder
  • Understanding of contracts to enable implementation of partner agreements.
