The Facilities Team are looking for a Deputy Facilities Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the full spectrum of facilities management across the site, including team management, internal client relations, contractor management, operations and finance management.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Raise purchase orders as required

  • Supporting the Global Facilities Director, Facilities Managers and Global Travel Manager to develop and lead the performance of all our service providers ie: security, catering, reception, post room, cleaning and MEP teams

  • Ownership of the facilities helpdesk system, ensuring jobs are raised correctly, distributed to the relevant teams and closed off in a timely manner.

  • Organise and help deliver building inductions for FT staff

  • Build strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the business, providing effective customer service provision

  •  Liaise with other Facilities Managers for staff moves and logistics

  • Arrange works with suppliers and contractors, organising and planned and reactive support as required and conducting service reviews

  •  Ensure the delivery of industry recognised best practices in all elements of site operations

  • Assist with the delivery of H&S for the office – including risk and DSE assessments

  • Assist the Facilities Managers with financial budget tasks and planning, working to identify and implement cost saving initiatives on site.

  • Assist the Global Business Travel Manager using the dedicated travel management system and act as point of contact in the absence of the Global Travel Manager

  • Awareness of other team members' roles and ability to offer assistance where required.

  • Manage starters & leavers for Workrite


In order to be successful within this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Contractor Management experience

  •  Management of helpdesk systems

  • Experience with delivering office/desk moves

  • Technical awareness to ensure service excellence from contractors

  •  IT literate and competent in the use of Google Drive

  • The candidate must be success driven, with a focus on achieving both personal and team goals.

  •  H&S competency (IOSH Managing Safely)
