Role / Position Overview

This position will ensure timely management of process documentation across Accounting Services processes, tasks and functions, during Business Transformation, until it can be handed over to the Accounting Services Operations for training and guidance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Help Project Leads in Process Documentation, Process Mapping, SIPOC Charting and SOP creation
  2. Prepare training materials and Test Scripts to be used for all Testing stages of the Project
  3. Ensure quality and completeness of all Process Documentation
  4. Track and Report periodical status of completion and validation
  5. Test the process, time the steps and send to Project Leads and AS Managers for review and sign off

Skills/ Experience we are looking for

  • 1+ years of professional experience required, preferably from global shared services environments and/or multinational companies
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Strong familiarity with Detailed Analysis
  • Written Communication experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
  • Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
  • Amenable working in a hybrid-remote work arrangement (2x on-site in our BGC office and 3x WFH)

  • Problem Solving – Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
