Paid media responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media-buying campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  3. Efficiently allocate and manage media budgets to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
  4. Monitor and control campaign costs to stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of media buyers.
  6. Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with creative, analytics, and product teams.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  8. Provide feedback and insights to creative and product teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  9. Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media buying and performance marketing.
  10. Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

SEO Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership in SEO: Develop and execute a high-level SEO strategy to align with the company’s business objectives. Oversee the entire SEO lifecycle from keyword research and content optimisation to link-building and technical SEO, driving continuous improvements in search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Leadership: Lead a team of SEO specialists, content creators, and developers, ensuring seamless collaboration to optimise website performance. Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure SEO efforts complement broader business goals.
  3. Advanced Analytics & SEO Insights: Oversee the use of advanced SEO tools to monitor performance and track ROI. Provide detailed, actionable insights and reports to senior management on SEO strategy progress and potential growth opportunities.

ORM Responsibilities:

  1. Online Reputation Strategy & Leadership: Build and implement a comprehensive online reputation management strategy to maintain a positive brand image. Lead the ORM team in monitoring digital platforms, managing brand sentiment, and addressing issues promptly to protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.
  2. Reputation Risk Management & Crisis Response: Develop and oversee reputation crisis management protocols, ensuring the company is prepared to address potential negative content or reviews. Implement proactive measures to mitigate reputation risks and maintain positive public relations.
  3. Brand Engagement & ORM Analytics: Guide the ORM team in creating and promoting content that supports a strong brand reputation. Track and analyse key ORM metrics, ensuring regular reporting to the leadership team to align reputation strategies with business goals.

Discover your Fit 🪄

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media-buying and performance marketing, specifically within the financial services industry in Crypto or CFD brokerage.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, UAC (Universal App Campaigns), Twitter Ads, and Adroll.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective media-buying strategies that align with business goals.
  • Expertise in optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid management, and audience targeting.
  • Experience in managing large budgets effectively to maximise performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and insights. 
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of media buyers and performance marketers.
  • Ability to work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and compliance to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and CFD markets, including the regulatory environment and market trends.
  • Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance requirements specific to financial services and crypto industries.
  • Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Understanding of ad technologies, programmatic buying, and retargeting strategies.
