The Head of Partnership will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth via key partnerships.
A successful candidate will provide functional leadership and ensure that our partnership programme and operations are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial and functional strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for IBs (Introducing Brokers) and other key partnerships.
- Set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, ensuring they are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and compliance to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new IBs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing initiatives targeting IBs.
- Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to help IBs effectively promote the company's services.
- Hire and train necessary personnel, set KPIs, track performance, and develop a bonus structure.
- Identify expansion regions in line with the company's goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Strong at functional leadership;
- Subject matters expert when it comes to Partnerships economics and relationships management;
- Needs to understand market dynamics and go to market strategies through the partnerships model.
- Experience working in Matrix organisation.
- Understanding of markets operating in Crypto assets / CFD and other asset classes with SEA / Africa / LATAM
