How you are going to make an impact 🛠

  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the African region to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market and Business Development strategies tailored to the African market to achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective Client Acquisitions and Retention strategies across multiple marketing channels, Digital, OOH, Strategic Partnerships.
  • Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Build and manage a regional team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Assume responsibility for Revenue of the region along with key business metrics.

Discover your Fit 🪄

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial markets, particularly in Forex/CFD and Crypto, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track of record in generation and implementation of the Omnichannel Business Development Strategies.
  • Expertise in Digital, OOH and Partnership marketing.
  • Strong expertise in managing Strategic Partnerships.
  • Previous experience in trading platforms, and financial products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. 
  • Ability to work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and compliance to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Forex and Crypto markets, including the regulatory landscape and market dynamics across Africa regions.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader, APIs, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on and Proactive attitude.
