What FDT is looking for?
We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our dynamic team and help us build an effective product marketing strategy for First Digital Trust. As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving our product strategy and marketing efforts to ensure that our products and offerings remain competitive within our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy based on market trends and customer feedback to promote the company’s products and services.
- Work with product management, customer service, and other stakeholders to set product goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer engagement data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop customer personas to understand customer needs and preferences better
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning to communicate the value of our products effectively.
- Manage product launches and design marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and sales of our products.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understand market trends
- Monitor and report key performance metrics
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and excellent at communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant product marketing experience
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing product marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry
- Analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and challenging environment

Knowledge and experience with crypto custody and trust products is a plus.
