About the Role:

Are you passionate about technology and eager to make your mark in the fast-paced fintech and crypto industry? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic IT Service Engineer to join our expanding Enterprise Technology team. This is your chance to be part of a rapidly growing company, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing IT services and security operations while gaining valuable insights into the crypto world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage identity and access to ensure secure and seamless operations.
  • Develop and refine IT procedures to optimize application effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on IT projects from design and planning through implementation and ongoing support.
  • Oversee IT service management and asset management processes.
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness and foster a culture of security excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in troubleshooting and managing endpoints (computers and mobile devices).
  • Tech Skills: Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Endpoint Manager, Defender, and Azure AD. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a big plus!
  • Security Savvy: A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick learner with the ability to independently tackle challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
