About this role… 

Looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for call monitoring, system audit, and menu checks to ensure correctness and compliance with company standards & policies.

In this job, you’ll… 

  • Monitor and evaluate calls on a regular basis to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Conduct system audits to identify any issues or discrepancies and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Perform menu checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of the final builds based on the established guidelines and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of quality
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance, advocate standardisation and ensure consistent quality across the teams
  • Periodic review of existing processes to eliminate redundancies, identify automation opportunities and to improve efficiency & effectiveness



We’re looking for… 

  • At least Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or quantitative studies (Masters Preferred)
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance and/or audit in a customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of TNA, continuous process improvement and measuring training effectiveness 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • HIghly detail-oriented and organised with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality assurance software
