Your Role 

Own and manage the regional marketing strategy and execution in Northern European markets, starting with Denmark and the Netherlands. Bringing your passion for B2B marketing, international perspective, and marketing expertise, you will generate awareness and demand for Forto offerings and serve as the local voice of the customer.  With pipeline generation as your driving force, you are a strategic marketing partner for the country manager and regional sales teams.

You will

  • Develop end-to-end, integrated marketing plans aligned with the global marketing strategy, identifying relevant paid media, events, content marketing, and other vehicles for promoting Forto in the market and generating an inbound lead stream
  • Manage execution and delivery of all regional campaign activities.
  • Understand and track the local market landscape, developing key insights to adjust strategies to address the needs of the market
  • Ensure that key marketing messaging is localized to meet the needs of the regional audiences
  • Advise central marketing teams in performance marketing, website, brand, and product marketing on regional market requirements
  • Support their activities with relevant regional content and coordinate regional PR activities through alignment with the global PR team
  • Manage and track regional marketing budgets

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing or regional/field marketing roles supporting Northern European regions
  • Ability to work across different marketing vehicles and disciplines
  • You are a marketing multitalent capable of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns - from events to public relations
  • A strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversions, and buyer journeys
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to inspire multiple stakeholders
  • A talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and keeping track of the details
  • Experience working with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and other marketing tools
  • Fluency in English, additional professional language proficiency of Dutch, Danish or other languages are a plus
