Our Business Development Team is seeking a battle-tested, highly energetic Account Manager to help foster mutual growth with our partners. In this role, you will learn the Gateway.fm product suite inside out and proactively drive efforts to ensure continuous success and retention of key accounts and strategic partners.
Responsibilities:

Engagement and Communications Management: serve as the primary point of contact for all account inquiries, ensuring effective com munication and timely delivery across engineering and product teams.

Revenue Growth: drive account growth through post-sale solution management, referral programs, identification of early opportunities within partner ecosystems, and staying on top of emerging innovation trends relevant to accounts' needs;

Brand Advocacy and Retention: act as a trusted ambassador voice, remaining cognizant of all achievements and pain points to ensure paramount account experience and retention rates.

Performance Tracking: maintain great CRM and operational hygiene related to all account activities; analyze metrics to pinpoint performance gaps and gather data-driven insights for improvement; produce internal and external reports.

Strategic Collaboration Initiatives: devise and execute strategies to promote collaborative research, development/implementation, and marketing efforts across account cohorts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant account management and/or customer success experience, with a proven track record in Web3 and/or Web2 B2B infrastructure solutions.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate key concepts in blockchain technology as engaging account value propositions.
- Deep connections and existing network within the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- High EQ reflected in interpersonal relations - sensibility to diverse organizational and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as proven negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to continuously propose and take ownership of growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in using Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs, and market research tools.
- Availability to travel and attend industry conferences and other relevant partner events.

- Experience closely working with key Web3 industry projects (foundations, fundamental tooling/infrastructure providers, etc.) and/or Web2 enterprises.
- Experience implementing and managing complex customer ticketing systems.
