Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients, initiating impactful conversations that lead to fruitful partnerships.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Focus on attracting new clients to the Stakeway platform and fostering long-lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and priorities. Maintain strong communication and nurture relationships to ensure they receive exceptional value from Stakeway.
- Deal Closure: Take ownership of the sales process, demonstrating persuasive negotiation skills to successfully close deals that deliver mutual benefits and drive profitability.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies that distinguish Stakeway in a competitive landscape and facilitate client conversions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a Web3 environment, particularly working with validators and related technologies.
- Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate high-value client needs, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, staking, and validation processes, enabling informed discussions with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, particularly Hubspot, to manage client interactions and sales activities effectively.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven individual who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Networking Expertise: Established network within the Web3 and blockchain communities that can be leveraged for client acquisition.
