The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting compelling narratives around our technological advancements, partnerships, and thought leadership. You'll work closely with our technical teams to translate complex concepts into engaging content for a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and detailed content plan aligned with our brand voice and business objectives
- Create and curate multimedia content, including video processing, image creation, and short-form video clips
- Manage our podcast production pipeline, from recording to post-production and content repurposing
- Write technical yet accessible articles and posts about our products and the broader blockchain ecosystem topics
- Monitor industry trends and adjust the SMM strategy and content plan accordingly
- Listen to social media and react to the related posts and topics engaging with online community on behalf on the company across various social platforms
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our digital presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, tech sector
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, graphic design, and content creation
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience with video production and content repurposing
- Familiarity with SaaS and B2B marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure or willingness to learn about blockchain technology
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Preferred Skills
- Background in marketing for tech infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise software
- Understanding of blockchain technology and web3 concepts (not required, but a plus)
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools
- Familiarity with technical writing and documentation
- Experience in organically building communities on X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Telegram
