Your Role:
As an AI Engineer in our Incubator team, you’ll dive into experimental research at the crossroads of AI and blockchain. This is a bold role for someone who’s excited to innovate, experiment, and push the limits of both fields. You’ll be creating the next wave of solutions, including AI- powered models to supercharge blockchain scalability, revolutionize transaction processing, and enhance decentralized network security.

What You’ll Do:
- Create the Future: Design and develop AI-powered solutions that will redefine blockchain performance. From AI models that accelerate consensus mechanisms to optimizing transaction throughput and security, your work will change the Web3 landscape.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in AI and machine learning, with the ability to apply these technologies to blockchain-related problems.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, including cryptography, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and scalability solutions like Polygon, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
A creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Bonus Points:
- Contributions to open-source AI or blockchain projects.
- Experience applying AI to blockchain security protocols, optimization, or decentralized systems.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps or security-focused AI applications.
- Previous success in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
