About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to spearhead partnerships and collaborations with financial institutions and enterprises. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven background in business development or sales, ideally within management consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract enterprise-level partners in financial markets and beyond.
- Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, SaaS providers, and large enterprises to drive adoption of Gateway.fm's Web3 solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities that align with Gateway.fm’s mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Growth, to effectively position Gateway.fm in key markets.
- Act as a liaison between enterprise partners and the Gateway.fm team to ensure successful project coordination and delivery.
- Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and translate technical concepts into enterprise-ready solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on high-level enterprise partnerships.
- Proven track record in management consulting (Big 4).
- Deep connections within financial markets and/or enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe.
- Prior experience in blockchain technology, including an understanding of Ethereum scaling solutions and decentralized infrastructure.
- Expertise in coordinating and delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Early career experience in SAP or SaaS-related projects.
- Familiarity with zkEVM, rollups, or other Ethereum scaling technologies.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
