About the Role:
We are looking for a highly connected and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, generate leads, and secure high-value deals in the Web3 and blockchain infrastructure space. Your primary focus will be networking, attending global conferences, securing introductions, and building long-term partnerships—especially in the RPC, blockchain node infrastructure, and Web3 developer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Networking & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, investors, and partners in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Generate high-quality leads for RPC, blockchain infrastructure, and related services.
- Drive business development through warm introductions, referrals, and community engagement.
2. Conferences, Events & Partnerships
- Represent the company at major blockchain conferences, hackathons, and industry events worldwide.
- Organize and participate in panel discussions, keynote speeches, and networking sessions.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with protocol teams, exchanges, VCs, and infrastructure providers.
- Plan and execute exclusive networking events and private meetings to drive deal flow.
3. Driving Sales & Growth
- Identify high-value opportunities in the RPC and blockchain infrastructure market.
- Work with Web3 projects to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, commercials, marketing, product, and engineering) to align business goals with client needs.
4. Industry Research & Market Expansion
- Stay updated on the latest blockchain trends, RPC developments, and Web3 infrastructure needs.
- Identify emerging markets and expand the company’s presence in new blockchain ecosystems.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure services.
✅ Strong industry network with contacts in blockchain projects, DAOs, investors, and developer communities.
✅ Experience in RPC services, node infrastructure, or Web3 APIs is a strong plus.
✅ Proven track record of generating leads, securing partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
✅ Exceptional networking skills—ability to connect with key players and drive business through introductions.
✅ Willingness to travel frequently to conferences, events, and meetings worldwide.
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills—confident in pitching and presenting to decision-makers.
✅ Understanding of Web3 development tools, blockchain ecosystems, and infrastructure services (RPCs, nodes, staking, validators, APIs, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established network in the blockchain space.
- Background in business development and lead generation roles within Web3 companies
- Familiarity with token incentives, DAOs, and decentralized governance models.
