We are looking for a talented Affiliate Manager for one of our clients.

About the team: Affter is an international affiliate program with 6+ years of successful experience in the industry. We are trusted by major iGaming brands, who are usually hard to impress. But… After all the benefits you've been given, there is still Affter.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with SEO affiliates: You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential SEO affiliates, negotiating terms of engagement, and developing long-term relationships with them.
  • Monitor affiliate performance: You will need to track the performance of your SEO affiliates, identify areas for improvement, and work with them to optimize their campaigns.
  • Provide support and guidance to affiliates: You will be the primary point of contact for your SEO affiliates, and you will need to provide them with ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams: You will work closely with other teams within your company, such as the marketing and product teams, to ensure that your SEO affiliates have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Manage affiliate payments: You will be responsible for managing the payments to your SEO affiliates, ensuring that they are paid accurately and on time.
  • Analyze data and provide insights: You will need to analyze data from your SEO affiliates’ campaigns to identify trends and insights that can be used to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in SEO and affiliate marketing to ensure that your affiliates are using best practices and remain competitive.
  • Attend conferences and events: You may be required to attend industry conferences and events to network with potential affiliates, learn about new trends and technologies, and represent your company.

Essential professional experience:

  • Over 3 years experience working as an affiliate manager in an affiliate i-gaming niche being synced with the product;
  • Solid experience coordinating successful RS and hybrid deals, SEO traffic sources;
  • Expertise in SEO;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson;
  • Strong professional network in i-gaming (SEO affiliates);
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with key affiliates;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
