Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the marketing design process for multiple brands and countries from scratch-setting clear objectives, providing creative direction, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity and design guidelines for the company’s brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials;
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and effective marketing assets, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web content;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience;
  • Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative design solutions to enhance our marketing efforts;
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality output from the design team;
  • Manage design projects, timelines, and resources, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of design materials, gathering insights to optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ (for lead) / 5+ (for head) years of experience in graphic design and a portfolio showcasing a strong visual design sensibility;
  • Experience in a leadership or management role within a design team;
  • Proficiency in design software and tools;
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory;
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs;
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
