- Carrying out external candidate offer process
- Carrying out internal candidate (job change) offer process
- Carrying out salary adjustment
- Supporting HR digitalization and HRIS projects
- Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
- Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
- Experience in analyzing data
- Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
- You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- You have a proven track record in stakeholder management & are customer focused
- Innovative and assertive team player with skills to influence and communicate at all levels
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
