What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting salary review process
  • Analyzing total remuneration survey outputs (Mercer and WTW)
  • Carrying out external candidate offer process
  • Carrying out internal candidate (job change) offer process
  • Carrying out salary adjustment
  • Supporting HR digitalization and HRIS projects
  • Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards
What You’ll Bring
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
  • Experience in analyzing data
  • Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
  • You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • You have a proven track record in stakeholder management & are customer focused
  • Innovative and assertive team player with skills to influence and communicate at all levels
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
