While having many eyes is great, it is also important that some eyes go into the minute details and see things that others don’t and suggest growth strategies that we haven’t thought about before.Thus, we are looking to add a Commercial Growth Executive to our dynamic Getir Market team. What You’ll Do

  • Recognize and seize growth opportunities among different supplier segments.
  • Responsible for keeping our suppliers grow in line with Getir’s commercial strategy.
  • Understand our and suppliers' client base
  • Analyze the incremental value of the campaign and contribution to Getir & supplier
  • Create new campaign ideas to help Getir grow
  • Create monthly & 3 monthly growth strategy plans w/ international and local suppliers
  • Contribute to JBP (Joint Business Plan) processes with partners (Suppliers)
  • Optimizing the different marketing channels to improve app traffic, conversion rates, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value
  • Closely keep track competition & discover growth opportunities
  • Staying apprised of brand insights, economic conditions, e-commerce industry and consumer trends.
  • Develop, maintain, track, and manage high-quality, integrated plans and timelines to enable accurate progress assessments and inform decisions
  • Live with customer, market and competition insights; align product portfolio and pricing strategies with these insights
  • Work closely with Category Management, Commercial Strategy, Partnership and Marketing teams

 

What We are Looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Up to 3-4 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in a strategy, growth, revenue management, CRM, segment management
  • Excitement about everything related to growth, whether it’s Getir’s growth, the GDP growth of Indonesia, or the literal growth of the next-door neighbors young child.
  • Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
  • Multi-tasking
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
  • Confidence while managing partners and internal teams
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Fluency in English both writing and speaking
  • Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proactive and initiative taker.
