As part of the Commercial Strategy Team, your mission will be to ensure that customers can always find the right products at the right time, creating a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Market Insights & Trends: Stay ahead by keeping a close eye on market conditions, economic trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. You'll become the expert in understanding the landscape.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct weekly and monthly market share analysis across categories and subcategories, using data to develop insights and guide strategies to grow our market share.
  • Category Performance: Evaluate the performance of our categories and subcategories to ensure that our product offerings stay relevant, updated, and aligned with both Getir's commercial strategy and market dynamics.
  • Product Portfolio Optimization: Build location-specific strategies to optimize product availability. Perform in depth product performance analysis and make decisions on what to list or delist. Test, analyze, and report the impacts of listing and delisting decisions, always looking for opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Campaign Mechanisms: Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Partnership Teams to design campaigns for stock depletion of delisted products. Evaluate and report campaign performance.
  • System Development: Work closely with the Technology and Data Science teams to improve market tracking mechanisms and optimize commercial systems, ensuring a smooth, data-driven decision-making process.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience for Specialist and 4 years of experiences for Executive in strategic planning, commercial strategy, procurement, or consulting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions without getting lost in the details.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where adaptability and multi-tasking are key.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy person with proficiecy in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Tableau/PowerBI is a plus.
  • A self-starter proactive who takes initiative, thrives on problem-solving, and is eager to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, enabling you to communicate effectively across teams and create presentations.
