What You’ll Do?


- Review business processes to identify and address potential risks.
- Identify area of improvements to enhance business efficiencies and to reduce risks.
- Manage data-based audit assignments using analytic methodologies and software tools.
- Write SQL queries and Python scripts to perform audit checks.
- Design, develop, and maintain audit analytics solutions and tools.
- Define and closely monitor key metrics and provide periodic reports and analysis.
- Work with Data Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure all available indicators are accessible by the models and the data is complete and consistent.
- Provide analytics support to Audit and Corporate Security activities.


What Do You Need?


- A curious and persistent personality with a “can-do” attitude.
- +3 years of experience in an internal audit/audit analytics/fraud analytics/risk analytics role.
- Highly passionate about data with excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with other stakeholders both within the team and outside of it.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Experience in visualization tools is plus (Tableau is preferred).
- Related certifications (CIA, CISA, CFE or similar) is plus
