What You’ll Be Doing?
- Leading 3PL warehousing and transportation budgets, reviewing and consolidating these budgets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Consolidating main warehouses’ expenses and keeping track of monthly payments.
- Calculation of main warehouses’ KPI metrics and assuring the desired performance with the related logistics responsibles.
- Ensuring effective management of 3PL relationships and also the contract period.
- Cost coordination between the related main warehouses; analyzing their performance and cooperating with logistics managers to help them meet budgeting goals.
- Responsible of productivity and transformation agenda in main warehouses with LEAN approach
- Researching to find opportunities in order to reduce expenses.
- Controlling logistics operations to realize cost minimization and service and operational efficiency maximization.
- Working closely with various stakeholders in the supply chain, from suppliers to end customers.
- Possesses combination of practical and intellectual skills and an ability to shift, and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on project and operations management.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for change.
What You’ll Bring?
- Minimum of one year for specialist and 3 years for executive experience in logistics companies and/or logistics departments of service recipient companies,
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) or business administration
- A track record of achievement. We are looking for talented and hard working team member who have that real ‘get up and go’ spirit,
- Adaptable to flexible working hours,
- Extreme willingness to learn, relearn, and learn again,
- Communication skills. A collaborative spirit and a ‘can-do’ attitude. We don’t have a hierarchical or slow-paced process driven culture. Energy and sharp minds are welcome,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools to track metrics like costs and KPIs,
