Your role and the impact you'll have:

  • Identify, engage and inspire the right sales talent – you’re a natural and have a keen eye for great talent
  • Become a committed ambassador for Getsafe and actively shape the perception of our employer brand
  • Lead and manage entire recruiting processes end-to-end (screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing offers) and make balanced hiring decisions
  • Proactively drive process improvements that directly impact our recruiting effectiveness
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop creative high volume sales recruiting strategies
  • Ensure the best candidate experience possible – you know what candidates expect and exceed their experience expectations.
  • Analyse data and create relevant reporting to ensure the best hiring decisions


About you: 

  • You have 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with strong focus on Sales and high volume recruiting – preferably in B2C Sales or Customer facing roles in a tech company 
  • Possess a strong understanding of the skills required for a Sales profile
  • Are able to unerringly identify team and culture suitability of talent through sourcing, screening and interviewing
  • Have an outgoing and open personality and love connecting with new people and networking
  • Intrinsic drive to build candidate pipelines to meet and exceed hiring targets
  • Developed a keen eye for identifying and attracting top sales talent
  • Solid experience with sourcing tools and job portals
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
