We're seeking a part-time (10 hours/week) Finance Associate to join our team to support with finance and administrative tasks. In this role, you will report to our Head of Finance and Operations and our Office Manager, working to complete tasks related to data and accounts payable/receivable.

What you'll do

  • Own accounts payable/receivable and ensure all invoices are paid on time
  • Maintain investor reporting related to expenses
  • Ensure all data is kept up-to-date within our systems
  • Manage internal expenses including travel and employee reimbursement
  • Generally support the Finance and Operations team with administrative tasks
