What you will be working on 

  • Stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements from business users, translating requests into application deliverables
  • Identifying and delivering the appropriate applications and solutions based on agreed business requirements
  • Management, configuration tasks and changes of current applications
  • Setting up new applications
  • Document implementation, configuration etc, in accordance with best practice
  • Working collaboratively with other GoFibre teams with a focus on prompt delivery in a rapidly changing environment
  • SME on GoFibre’s applications, delivering great training via documentation, videos, and interactive sessions, ensuring the maximum value is extracted from each

What experience is critical to the role 

 

  • Plenty of recent application management experience
  • Knowledge of API’s and their interoperability and CRM systems (dynamics experience is a plus)
  • Systems Integration Testing experience
  • Experience of enterprise IT environments, ideally gained within the telecommunications industry
  • ITIL v3 Foundation and/or Practitioner
