What you will be working on

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing field sales team to effectively promote and sell GoFibre’s services 
  • Fostering a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement 
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, Doors knocked, and Contact rates, to assess progress towards targets
  • Collaborating with marketing, product management, customer service, and other departments to align sales initiatives  
  • Identifying opportunities for optimisation, process improvement and drive informed decision-making at both strategic and operational levels 

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience in a sales management role preferably within the services industry (e.g. Telco, Financial services, subscription services)  
  • Excellent track record in leading and inspiring a large, remote team of sales people  
  • Successful record in field sales and developing effective sales strategies
  • Ability to analyse and communicate customer and sales insight in a simple and clear way
