Retentions Advisor
Location: Central Edinburgh
Salary: circa £45,000 (base + uncapped commission)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 8pm, and Saturdays 9am – 5pm, on a rotational shift pattern

As part of a collaborative and energetic group, you'll connect with customers daily to retain and promote our fantastic services. You'll enjoy working in our modern office in Edinburgh, with breath taking 360-degree views of the city, just a short walk from Haymarket station.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Engaging with customers who are considering leaving or adjusting their packages
- Ensuring all customers feel valued through proactive communication
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with existing customers
- Identifying opportunities for upselling while confidently handling customer objections
- Understanding diverse needs and offering personalised solutions
- Consistently providing excellent customer service and support
- Organizing your day to ensure you surpass your targets and KPIs
