In this role, you will work closely with the Growth and Marketing team to craft key messages and strong angles for launching products to market. Understand GoToko users by performing regular user analysis and key issues specific to user segments. You will help to drive commercial results and deliver clear messaging and positioning for the company platform. Create strategies with a goal to increase acquisition and retention as well as growing revenue through increasing basket size and frequency.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and create a regular report to evaluate the performance of GoToko users
  • Deep dive into tiers, segments, and clusters of users to understand core issues and growth opportunities
  • Identify segments to be targeted and create action items for each segment
  • Develop strategies to increase stickiness and value of GoToko users (customer journey, inbox feature, etc.)
  • Own the initiatives and work with different teams for execution

 

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of relevant working experience preferably from e-B2B business, FMCG, e-commerce, management consulting, or other digital natives companies
  • High interest in data-driven marketing and growth development
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to read data trends, able to draw conclusions and perform impact analysis
  • Able to think outside the box & strategically to come up with new initiatives to address problems
  • High ownership and motivated individual with a can-do attitude
