About the role:
Marketing Operation Analyst is a role directly reporting to Campaign Marketing Lead. Main responsibility of this role is to do daily execution of high-performing campaign management, conduct experiments, build and track channel performance and use data to enhance initiatives in order to successfully respond to evolving business needs.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
Schedule and Publish Communication
- Create and maintain channel calendar - GoToko Marketing sheet (banner calendar)
- Work with campaign marketing to fill in calendar schedule with the most up to date schedule
- Ensure the deliverables are ready according to operations SLA and perform final QC on the content
- Ensure the accuracy & timeliness of published communication
Promotion Upload
- QC the final promotion list
- Upload the All communication in app (SKU, Banner, Voucher, Story)
Channel Effectiveness
- Evaluate the engagement rate of each communication channels
- Do A/B Testing or experimentations to prove which communication treatment works best in a specific channel
- Making Regular Report of Channel and Asset Performance
What You Will Need (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / business
- Fresh Graduate are welcome (as long as has intern experience at Ecommerce or B2B company) or 1+ year working in marketing operation or business operation field, preferably from Ecommerce/ e-B2B companies
- Meticulous, detailed, hardworking and resourceful individual
- Accustom to fast paced working environment & tight deadlines
- Experience with Google Docs and able to formulate simple formula in Excel
- Plus: Experience with clevertap
