About the Role: 

Tailor the content and style of writing to effectively communicate the key message of initiatives. Working closely with other department to capture the essence of Underserved Warung communication style and craft powerful phrases

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to brainstorm product positioning and align messaging with business goals
  • Understand multiple target audiences through research and customer outreach
  • Manage time and workload independently to meet short- and long-term deadlines
  • Work closely with Head of Department to ensure all messaging is data-driven and aligns with branding goals
  • Proofread and copy edit materials when requested
  • Stay up to date on copywriting best practices and emerging educational trends

 

What You Will Need:

  • Should have at least 2 years of copywriting experience required
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable using video conferencing software
  • Experience with email marketing, social media, and video scripts required
  • Experience with content management systems a plus 

 

What Skills You Will Need:

  • Perform minor quality assurance testing on emails, website, and other digital channels
  • Must be a collaborative and flexible team player
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle competing deadlines, long term projects, and rush requests
