About the Role

A Talent Acquisition intern is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition department on recruiting processes. Take ownership of the entire hiring process by building sustainable pipelines, select candidates through comprehensive screening, interviewing and assessing to match skills, knowledge, experience, attitude, motivation, reference checking through to offer, whilst ensuring open lines of communications are kept throughout the process

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal profile candidates
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Coordinating candidate’s interview schedule with the Hiring Manager
  • Data entry and general administration duties

 

What You Will Need:

  • Freshly graduated from Psychology or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
  • Energetic and fast learner
  • Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent in English, comfortable to write and speak English as daily conversation
  • Available for at least 3 month
