About the role: 

Inbound planning with Inventory Planning; perform GR & GI; stock accuracy. Responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse is handled in an effective and optimized manner. The Inventory Specialist will work alongside a diverse and dynamic team and will report to Operations Manager.


What you’ll do (Responsibilities): 

  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Place orders to replenish stock, avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Collaborate with warehouse vendor, shipping vendor, and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and monitor and control inventory with complete integrity
  • Expedite backlog orders and delivery dates
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding the status of inventories and ensure smooth delivery of goods by coordinating with the internal as well as the external customers
  • Work with shipping vendor to ensure cost-efficient and on-time deliveries.


What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Specialist, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Inventory Management functions in SAP or other Inventory Management Systems.
  • Will be required to respond to Emergencies 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
