Working Student Marketing/Communications

About the Role:

As a Marketing and Communications Working Student, you will work closely with our MarComs team to assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives, storytelling and content creation – for events, media relations as well as online & offline marketing as well as to actively support the team in the implementation of all measures and project management. 

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to real projects that impact our brand’s visibility and success.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives . 
• Support project management of the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and a corporate website relaunch etc. 
• Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website 
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to offer insights and recommendations 
• Collaborate with the team to organize events and campaigns 
• Assist in the preparation of press releases, articles, and other communication materials 
• Monitor and evaluate media coverage and compile reports on media mentions and engagement 
• Support internal communications efforts

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and social media 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & working proficiency in English 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms 
• Previous internship or working experience in marketing or communications is a plus
