Senior Project Manager - SAP (m/f/d)

About the role:  

SAP is part of the backbone of our value chain and enables various business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Warehousing, Production and Quality Management. The SAP Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) will join our Product team and design/manage projects with different degrees of complexity and:  

• be the main owner of SAP and the point of contact for the company to collect, prioritize and manage the implementation of projects and other improvement needs. 
• work with departments to implement new and optimize existing SAP business processes that enable the end-to-end integration of our digital value chain. 
• own the implementation and relationship with external implementation partners including integration projects, implement ways-of-working with externals to increase efficiency. 
• ensure that the project plan and implementation correspond to the allocated budget; be able to negotiate changes in the yearly plan with stakeholders through impact analysis. 
• work closely with product managers and other business units to make certain that projects are implemented according to roadmaps and our company-wide operational plan. 

About you:  

You are a Senior Project Manager [5+ years' experience] who has demonstrated learnings in classic and agile project management approaches in Tech environments. You have a good knowledge of the SAP FI, SD and / or MM modules. 

• You work with a large set of internal and external stakeholders to implement projects. Experience with external implementation partners will be a plus.  
• You translate abstract topics with varying levels of technical competency and make them accurately accessible to stakeholders. 
• You can operate in complex business areas and prioritize topics both within and across departments. 
• You use your excellent organizational skills to stay on top of things and know how to multitask. 
• You turn goals into actionable work packages. 
• You are a great problem-solver.
