As an Account Manager at GuestReady, your tasks will be:

  • Manage a portfolio of owners and be capable of addressing all their requests.
  • Work closely with our team of Account Managers in France.
  • Ensure owner satisfaction throughout their collaboration with us.
  • Collaborate with our business development team to ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts.
  • Contribute to process optimization.

Profile :

  • 3-5 experience in customer relations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills of both French and English (French is mandatory).
  • Ability to work with your own equipment.
  • Proficiency in interacting with clients confidently and amiably.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Skill in task prioritization and effective time management.


  • 5-day work week on a rotating schedule with 2 days off.
