Responsibilities

Revenue Management: 

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in real time to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand and revenue projections for individual properties and the overall portfolio.
  • Identify and implement revenue optimization initiatives, including upselling opportunities and promotional campaigns.

Pricing Strategy:

 

  • Develop and maintain pricing models that balance competitive positioning, demand fluctuations, and property performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with sales objectives and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and revenue enhancement.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue during peak seasons, holidays, and special events.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to communicate performance metrics, revenue trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of pricing initiatives and campaigns to assess their impact on revenue and profitability.

Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Owner Success, Operations, and Finance teams, to ensure alignment on revenue objectives and execution.
  • Collaborate with property owners and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their rental income.

Market Awareness & Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes, and competitor actions.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to maintain composure and excel in high-pressure situations.
  • A knack for swiftly identifying solutions to any given problem.
  • A Team Player who thrives in a diverse, cross-cultural work environment.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a relentless commitment to quality.
  • Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site or remotely, with availability to address client requests, even on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies in a dynamic market environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
