Descriptif du poste

Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe finance sur différentes tâches principalement liées au marché français (réconciliation bancaire, établissement de la facturation, contrôle des coûts et des revenus et production de diverses informations de gestion)

Assister les membres de l'équipe finance au niveau local et global pour la rationalisation et l’amélioration des processus et l’application de contrôles financiers

Participer aux closing financiers mensuels et à l’établissement de divers indicateurs et rapports financiers

Participer à divers projets d’équipe et être à l’écoute du fonctionnement de la société pour pouvoir identifier les potentielles lacunes et y apporter des améliorations

Compréhension des flux financiers de la société afin d’en fluidifier le fonctionnement

Réflexion sur l’optimisation et automatisation des processus et des tâches de la société

Assister la direction de l’entreprise dans différentes tâches ad-hoc en fonction des besoins de GuestReady
Profil recherché

Basé à Paris

Parler et écrire couramment le français et l’anglais
-
Etre polyvalent et autonome dans l’organisation de son temps de travail

Dynamique et proactif
-
Etre précis et pointilleux dans la qualité du travail rendu

A l'aise dans l'analyse de données financières et opérationnelles avec de bonnes compétences dans Microsoft Excel

Avoir une bonne compréhension des états financiers et du fonctionnement comptable

Pouvoir s’adapter à l'environnement professionnel d’une startup en constante évolution
